Anima Lamp
Like a slender, light, ephemeral and abstract sculpture, Davide Groppi’s Anima Lamp represents both the absence and essence of light. The minimal design has a very thin body, composed of a base and a stem, which expresses lightness and emotion through indirect light. At its top, a thin metal circle opens appearing as a hook for fishermen of the soul. Able to be used as a floor or table lamp, the minimal design captures the emotion of an indirect light with an aesthetic poised between Scandinavian and Japanese design. Born of a continued pursuit of emotional minimalism in lighting by the Italian maestro of light, Anima is a lamp to be used on the floor or on low furniture, to keep close to yourself or to be used to create depth.
